Our Servicing & Repair Process
The boat servicing process involves comprehensive inspections, routine maintenance checklists, and expert repairs to ensure optimal performance and safety.
01.
Scheduled
Antifoul: We have a comprehensive process to achieve consistency every time. Surface preparation with High-Pressure Hoses, Scraping & Sanding. Masking off areas to prevent accidental application of paint. Priming (if necessary) with primer compatible with the antifouling paint to enhance adhesion and durability. Applying multiple coats of Antifouling Paint to product specs. Cleanup & Documentation removing all rubbish, tape and chemicals and providing before & after photos in the YMS.
Engine Servicing: Comprehensive engine service including oil change, filter replacements, compression testing and tune-ups, including sea trials to ensure all propulsion systems are working properly.
Hull Inspections: Prior to antifouling thorough checks for cracks, blisters, osmosis and other damage, followed by repairs and preventative maintenance to uphold hull integrity. Anodes are replaced.
Electrical System Checks: Testing and maintenance of electrical components, including wiring, batteries, and navigation systems.

Engine Repairs: Diagnosis and repair of engine issues such as overheating, starting problems, and mechanical failures.
Hull Repairs: Expert repair of hull damage, including fiberglass repairs, gel coat restoration, and structural reinforcement.
Electrical Repairs: Troubleshooting and fixing electrical faults to ensure operational safety and reliability.

Emergency Services
Emergency Repairs: Rapid response for critical repairs to minimise downtime and ensure safety.
On-Site Servicing: Convenient mobile servicing options for inspections, maintenance, and minor repairs at marinas or private berths.04.

Propeller and Shaft Maintenance: Inspection, cleaning, and alignment to optimize propulsion efficiency.
Plumbing and Bilge Systems: Repair and maintenance of pumps, plumbing fixtures, and bilge systems to prevent water ingress.
